1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services provided by Dastak Real Estate ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from accessing the Platform or submitting any property inquiries.

2. User Accounts & Agent Accreditation

Users may explore public listings without creating an account. However, to list properties, apply for verified agency status, submit customer reviews, or save favorites, an authenticated account is required:

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration and keep your credentials updated.
• Agent Accreditation: Users applying for verified Agent status agree to undergo identity verification, present valid regulatory licensing where applicable, and maintain professional brokerage ethics.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that transpire under your account.

3. Property Listings & Representation Accuracy

Authorized agents and property owners listing residential, commercial, or development inventory on Dastak Real Estate must adhere to strict listing standards:

• All pricing, plot dimensions, floor plans, and legal approvals (NOC / municipal approvals) must be genuine and verifiable.
• Misleading photography, fictitious rates, phantom listings, and bait-and-switch tactics are strictly prohibited and result in immediate termination of agent verification.
• Dastak Real Estate acts as an independent technological discovery marketplace. While we enforce rigorous verification, prospective buyers and tenants are advised to conduct independent due diligence prior to executing binding financial commitments.

4. Reviews & Client Feedback

Our review system enables registered clients to submit authentic feedback regarding verified agents with whom they have interacted:

• Reviews must reflect legitimate, first-hand transactions or consultation experiences.
• Defamatory, abusive, fabricated, or retaliatory comments are prohibited and will be rejected during moderation.
• Submissions are rate-limited to safeguard against review manipulation.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, interface design patterns, database architectures, and software source code comprising Dastak Real Estate are the exclusive property of the Platform operators and are protected under copyright and trademark statutes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, Dastak Real Estate and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from real estate transactions negotiated between third parties, delays in development completions, or unauthorized server access.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Islamabad.
